You can NOT pay in 4 on 50% deposits! Your order will be cancelled.

Your design will not be started until 50% of your initial payment has been made.

No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges Policy

At Shay Antone' Designs, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes cases of buyer’s remorse. For example, if you secure your spot with a deposit for a custom prom dress and later decide not to attend prom, all fees paid remain non-refundable. Your deposit secures our time, materials, and commitment to your order.

Damage and Issues Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom designs. Upon receiving your merchandise, please inspect it immediately. Any issues or damage must be reported to us on the same day of receipt. Once a claim is submitted, we will thoroughly investigate the issue to determine the cause. If the damage is found to be unrelated to our production or delivery process, additional fees may apply to resolve the issue. Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion and must be approved by us. If we decide to issue a refund, it will be processed on terms agreed upon by both parties. Other than that, ALL SALES FINAL. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies as we work to create unique, handcrafted designs for your special occasions.

Accurate measurements are crucial for creating your custom design. While you are not required to have your measurements taken by us, we strongly recommend visiting a professional, such as a local dry cleaner or bridal shop, to ensure accuracy. The following measurements are required:
